Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, showcasing vehicles, conducting test drives, following up with prospective buyers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, social media, and online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, and available finance options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update sales follow-up sheets.
• Assist customers with booking procedures and vehicle documentation.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall dealership performance.

Requirements

• Valid driving licence and good driving skills are mandatory.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic cars.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of cars, vehicle specifications, and the used-car market is preferred.
• Ability to negotiate professionally and close sales.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
• Previous experience in automobile sales is an advantage.
