About the Role

Members of E-Cell IIT Patna engage in planning, organizing, and executing events such as workshops, guest lectures, and entrepreneurship activities on campus. This is a full-time on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India, requiring active participation in E-Cell operations and campus activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and executing events like workshops, guest lectures, and entrepreneurship activities.
• Coordinating with speakers.
• Managing event logistics.
• Promoting initiatives among students.
• Contributing ideas for new programs and campaigns.
• Collaborating with peers to develop content.
• Handling basic outreach.
• Supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the cell.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as a student with availability for on-site activities and meetings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic marketing and outreach abilities, including social media familiarity and student engagement skills.
• Teamwork, leadership potential, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and business topics, with willingness to learn and participate actively.
• Comfort with using common digital tools (documents, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Prior event or club experience is an advantage.
