About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Member role based in New Delhi. The Member will support day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Provide product information.
• Assist shoppers with their selections.
• Maintain product displays.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
• Keep the store clean and presentable.
• Process transactions at the cashier.
• Handle returns or exchanges according to store policies.
• Help with inventory checks and basic stock management.
• Follow operational procedures.
• Support promotional activities.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent, friendly customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage courteously and professionally with diverse customers.
• Basic retail operations abilities, including handling cash transactions, using point-of-sale systems, and following store procedures.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain displays, manage stock on shelves, and support inventory counting.
• Reliability and a cooperative team mindset, with readiness to follow guidance, support colleagues, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as restocking and light lifting as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn about MINISO products, promotions, and brand standards to provide accurate information to customers.
