About the Role
Wandero Travel Operations Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated B2B Business Development Intern to help build partnerships with travel agents, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), tour operators, and travel businesses.
What We Do
Wandero helps DMCs arrange reliable ground transportation in Dubai, including airport transfers and chauffeur services. For travel agents, Wandero supports broader destination management requirements through a network of local service providers. The goal is to become a dependable B2B partner for travel companies seeking ground transportation and destination services.
What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with travel agents, DMCs, tour operators, and travel companies.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Introduce Dubai airport transfer and ground transportation services to DMCs.
- Pitch destination management support to travel agents.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective B2B partners.
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture business relationships.
- Generate qualified leads, arrange introductory meetings, and support partnership discussions.
- Track outreach performance and share regular updates with the team.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, travel, and tourism.
- Confidence in initiating conversations with potential business partners.
- Good research, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and spreadsheets.
- Prior experience in sales or travel is a plus, but not compulsory.
