About the Role

This internship is designed to provide hands-on work experience as a foundation for professional development in a global energy company that is shaping the future of the energy industry and tackling the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive coaching and mentoring to complete assignments and projects, developing learning and skillset.
• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with project and task completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance.
• Become familiar with Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E).
• Participate in technically focused training, team meetings, and work on projects.
• Present project results.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree or B School.
• Background in Technology.
• National citizen of India.
• Maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 7.5 out of 10.
• Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
• Legally entitled to work within the country of application without company sponsorship.
