Position Details
- Employment Type: Permanent

- Designation: Associate Customer Support / Senior Associate Customer Support
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days Preferred
- Transportation: Two-way transportation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries using cloud-based tools to review accounts, research policies, and provide effective solutions.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service; document contact topics and actions in tools.
- Handle difficult customer interactions positively, escalate issues correctly, and maintain productivity and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent voice communication
- Customer-handling skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 80% accuracy
Qualifications
- Graduation (15 years regular education required).
- Only voice experience will be considered.
