About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Marketing Specialist will support the planning and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research.
• Analyze customer and competitor data.
• Assist with campaign development.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Prepare marketing reports.
• Support customer communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with basic marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media channels).
• Data analysis in spreadsheets or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills.
• Sales and Marketing skills.
• Ideally a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience or internships in marketing, sales support, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
