Product Analyst

About the Role

Support product planning by turning customer needs, competitor information, and performance data into structured insights. You'll help QBYSS understand application requirements and track the evidence behind product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize customer feedback and application requirements into clear records.
• Compare product specifications and competitor offerings using reliable sources.
• Analyze supplied product data with engineering colleagues.
• Support prioritization by documenting needs, assumptions, and trade-offs.
• Maintain product briefs and track questions that need further investigation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and comparing structured information.
• Ability to write clear summaries and ask thoughtful questions.
• Interest in how technical products are developed and brought to market.

Useful but not essential:

• Study or projects in engineering, business, data analysis, or product management.
• Experience with requirements documentation, dashboards, or customer research.
