About the Role
Lapto.in is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Kochi store.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting laptops, MacBooks, iPhones, and other electronics.
- Explain product specifications, features, and pricing.
- Handle customer enquiries and sales.
- Maintain product displays and inventory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of laptops, smartphones, and Apple products.
- Fluency in Malayalam; basic English communication.
- Previous retail or electronics sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with good product knowledge may also apply.
