About the Role
Build practical automations that combine AI tools, APIs, and business systems to reduce repetitive information handling while ensuring reviewable outputs and dependable workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Map repetitive tasks with colleagues and define suitable automation requirements.
- Build integrations for research, reporting, document handling, and data updates.
- Connect approved AI services and add checks for accuracy and completeness.
- Implement error handling, activity logs, and human review where needed.
- Test workflows, document their operation, and monitor recurring issues.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Practical experience building scripts or workflows through projects or work.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, and basic data transformations.
- Python or JavaScript skills, or strong experience with an automation platform.
- Ability to identify failure cases and explain how a workflow operates.
Useful but not essential
- Experience with n8n, Make, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Exposure to LLM APIs, document processing, or CRM integrations.
