The Role

The Launchpad Fellowship is a full-time, in-office internship designed for final-year students and recent graduates looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience before stepping into their first full-time role. You will work closely with teams across operations, growth, research, strategy, customer experience, product, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth, Research & Strategy: Work on business problems, conduct research, identify opportunities, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Operations & Customer Experience: Work on real customer journeys, manage core visa operations, and understand seamless experience delivery.
• Product & Process Improvement: Identify user pain points and operational inefficiencies, and work with teams to build better solutions, tools, and workflows.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with different teams, take ownership of projects, and learn to prioritize, move quickly, and solve problems.
• Capstone & Leadership Exposure: Take ownership of a real business challenge, develop a solution, and present your work to leadership, with regular mentorship and feedback.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate looking for a full-time, in-office, high-intensity internship.
• Quick learner comfortable with ambiguity and unfamiliar problems.
• Clear communicator who takes ownership.
• Curious about product, operations, customer experience, or how businesses work.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys figuring things out independently.
