Key Responsibilities

  • Execute operational workflows supporting PMO delivery, customer onboarding, assessments, reporting, project coordination, delivery scheduling, LeaderLab administration, quality control, and invoicing.
  • Maintain delivery discipline by managing trackers, documentation, scheduling, system accuracy, and workflow follow-through across multiple accounts, projects, and recurring programs.
  • Partner with PMO, RMO, Adjunct, CSM, Consulting, Product, Support, and Technology teams to ensure seamless coordination, readiness, and customer experience.
  • Ensure data quality, cycle-time efficiency, proactive communication, and reliable issue routing in line with PMO Tenets.

  • Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, delivery resources, team meetings, implementation calls, and multi-cohort events across time zones; partner with RMO on resourcing, attendance, facilitator alignment, and technical setup.
  • Maintain trackers and documentation across complex programs, recurring accounts, migrations, and implementations; identify dependencies, capacity signals, risks, schedule changes, exceptions, and make-up needs, escalating unresolved issues and constraints early.
  • Support Pinpoint-to-LeaderLab and AOS-to-LeaderLab migrations, new customer projects and integrations, and project transitions through scheduling, assignment-link transfer, customer and administrator setup, data and configuration checks, readiness coordination, training reinforcement, workflow documentation, knowledge capture, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Coordinate Impact Evaluation implementations, including intake, implementation calls, readiness checks, customer follow-up, documentation, reporting inputs, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Contribute to delivery readiness and new-product launches through user-acceptance and readiness support, documentation, training coordination, launch activities, post-launch issue tracking, and continuous process improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain QBR, usage, GWE, impact-evaluation, participant, session, assessment, and delivery data; create IRFs and provide accurate inputs supporting invoicing and business reporting.
