About the Role
- Opportunity for a compassionate Registered Nurse seeking consistency, growth, and purpose.
- Join a respected behavioral health and detox facility.
- Permanent role with steady 12-hour shifts (no rotations).
Schedule
- Full-time.
- 3x12-hour shifts: 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM.
- No rotating shifts.
Pay Range
- $42–$65/hour (based on experience).
- Base pay: $42–$52/hour.
- Weeknight differential: +10%.
- Weekend day differential: +15%.
- Weekend night differential: +30%.
Employment Type
- Direct Hire, Full-Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care across behavioral health and detox units.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Partner closely with physicians, therapists, and support teams.
- Document interventions and patient progress with accuracy and compassion.
- Educate patients and families while connecting them to community resources.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Active AZ RN license or Compact license eligibility.
- Interest in behavioral health, crisis stabilization, or detox care.
- Commitment to a consistent day or night schedule.
