About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Responsible for the accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Oversee the order sequence of procurement and the end-to-end financial process.
• Apply relevant processes, policies, and applications to manage accounts payable activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.
• Manage purchase and non-purchase orders.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Systematically handle and manage incoming invoices within the business or organization.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Initiate the payment process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Primary Skill: Invoice Processing
• Automated systems and software are often employed to streamline and expedite the invoice processing workflow.
