About the Role
Kajaria is seeking young and dynamic sales professionals for its Sales Leadership Program. The program is designed for structured onboarding, market exposure, plant training, and performance evaluation to build a strong pipeline of young sales talent. Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in sales and territory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Support sales activities and engage with customers and the market within the assigned territory.
- Develop a strong understanding of the assigned market and execute territory-level sales activities.
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Maintain regular sales updates, reports, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams for smooth business operations.
- Participate in structured orientation, display exposure, and plant training.
- Demonstrate learning, performance, and readiness for the assigned sales role.
Qualifications
- 03 years of relevant work experience.
- Below 28 years of age.
- Prior sales experience is required.
- Candidates from any industry may apply, provided they have relevant sales experience.
- Base location should be the same as the target job location.
- Smart, presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Fluency in the relevant local language is essential.
- Average English communication skills are acceptable.
