Customer Success Associate

About the Role

The Customer Success Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role focuses on supporting pet parents using Conbun’s platform by responding to inquiries, guiding them through services, and ensuring a smooth experience from first contact to resolution. The associate will manage customer interactions across channels, address concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately. Daily responsibilities include monitoring customer feedback, identifying patterns in user needs, and sharing insights to help improve processes and features. The role also involves nurturing long-term relationships with customers to encourage continued engagement with Conbun’s services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Guide pet parents through Conbun’s services.

• Strong Customer Engagement and Customer Satisfaction skills.
• Solid Customer Support and Customer Retention skills.
• Effective Analytical Skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and empathetically.
• Comfortable working on-site in Jaipur.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A background in customer-facing roles, support operations, or the pet care/veterinary domain is beneficial.
• A relevant degree or certification is an added advantage.
