About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirming pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Responsible for accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Looking after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end.
• The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing, implementing, managing, and supporting accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
• Responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders, and two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Systematic handling and management of incoming invoices within a business or organization.
• Verifying invoice accuracy, matching it with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating the payment process.
• Solving routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• An individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Primary skill: Invoice Processing - P1
• Flexible to shifts and extended working hours during month close.
• Required to work in rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate (BCom) with good accounting and communication skills.
