About the Role
Drug Drop Rx is selecting Pharm.D graduates and final-year students for a structured pathway to U.S. pharmacist licensure and a pharmacist job with the company.
The Pathway
- Apply → academic & English screening
- TOEFL in India (scheduling arranged)
- NAPLEX training at our academy in India, with multiple mock exams
- Travel to the USA, write the NAPLEX, complete licensing & visa
- Join Drug Drop Rx as a licensed pharmacist
Who Should Apply
- Pharm.D. graduate or final-year student from any college in India
- Strong academic record
- Very good spoken and written English
- No work experience required
- Willing to relocate for training and later to the USA
- Ready to commit to 2 years of employment with the company after licensure
What We Provide
- TOEFL preparation and scheduling in India
- Structured NAPLEX coaching, mock exams, and a dedicated program coordinator
- NAPLEX scheduling, logistics, accommodation help, and visa guidance in the USA
- Pharmacist role with the company once licensing and employment conditions are met
- Indicative pay: around ₹1.50 lakh take-home per month plus allowances (subject to U.S. employment structure, taxes and final offer)
