The Role

An enthusiastic, people-first HR Intern seeking hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and culture building within a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring journey.
• Craft and publish job descriptions and recruitment posts.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records.
• Support seamless onboarding and HR documentation.
• Drive employee engagement activities and internal culture initiatives.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools to enhance HR efficiency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communicator with genuine people skills.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI-powered platforms is a plus.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 - 6 Months.
• Compensation: Performance-based. No stipend in the first month. Stipend introduced and scaled based on performance evaluation at the end of month one.
• Location: Remote / Work From Home.
• Experience Level: Freshers and students are welcome; no prior experience is required as the focus is on attitude, curiosity, and drive.
