Assoc Innovation Specialist

About the Role

The Associate Innovation Specialist supports innovation initiatives by assisting with research, pilot coordination, and documentation activities. This role contributes to the evaluation of emerging technologies and business processes and collaborates with team members to advance innovation programs and enterprise idea generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with coordination of innovation pilot programs and related documentation.
• Conducts research on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Supports communication of innovation initiatives to regional stakeholders.
• Participates in enterprise idea platforms and evaluation processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional team members to advance innovation efforts.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-3 years of experience in innovation, construction operations, technology implementation, or a related field.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Certifications and Licenses: None required.

Anticipated Starting Pay Range: $65,600 to $94,300
