About the Role
This is an internship position at PulseSync Pte Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with developers to implement back-end services, APIs, and internal tools.
- Debug issues and address performance bottlenecks.
- Conform to modern best practices and coding standards.
- Integrate applications with databases and work with table structures and data querying.
- Write and implement unit tests.
- Read and produce technical documentation.
- Coordinate projects and manage administrative work.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficient with 2 or more of the following programming languages or technologies:
- PHP, ASP.NET, C#, HTML5
- C++, Java, Swift
- AWS
- RESTful API, JSON, XML
- MS SQL Server and databases
- General understanding of software architecture and technologies (e.g. enterprise architecture, RESTful API, MS Dynamics CRM).
- Software repo, portfolio, or sample a strong plus.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent work ethic, driven, critical thinker, willing to take on varied challenges, time management skills, able to work and seek information or help independently.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Must have completed 2nd year.
- Must be able to commit to full 3 months of internship.
