About the Role
Sevita, through its ResCare Community Living division, empowers individuals and enhances independence by providing quality, person-centered services. We support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build skills, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants with personal hygiene.
- Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Help participants achieve developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Facilitate participants' involvement in the community and their favorite activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred).
- Communication skills.
- Adaptability.

- Responsibility.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
