About the Role
North Star Pizza, a 27-store franchise, is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the team at 4701 Clark Ave in White Bear Lake. This role offers unlimited potential for growth within the company.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 (salary and bonuses)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food quality assurance.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to optimize restaurant performance and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee inventory management and cost control measures to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and maintain service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and address employee concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with upper management to achieve company goals and implement new initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to food service operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proven leadership experience in fast food or restaurant management.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and control food and labor costs.
- Proficiency in staff training and development.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and financial reports to make informed business decisions.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
