About the Role
The Agricultural Technical Training Intern will work alongside the Technical Training team to support the development and delivery of technical training for dealer technicians and employees. The internship provides practical experience in agricultural technology, technical communication, instructional design, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
- Gaining hands-on experience with agricultural equipment.
- Assisting with training preparation and content development.
- Participating in field activities and demonstrations.
- Evaluating existing training materials for continuous improvement.
- Supporting initiatives to streamline training development and delivery processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree.
- Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's Degree.
This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) from May through August.
