About the Role
Full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
The Site Supervisor – Interior Design is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of interior projects at client locations. This involves coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress.
- Manage site resources.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- Address technical or operational issues.
- Maintain clear documentation.
- Prepare daily site reports.
- Communicate project status to management and clients.
- Manage client expectations on-site.
- Ensure safety and compliance.
- Support smooth handover of completed spaces.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Project management skills.
- Team leadership abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and understanding of interior design concepts, drawings, and materials is preferable but not mandatory.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently at site locations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on project needs.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
