About the Role
The Healthcare Specialist will support Ensono’s technology-enabled healthcare initiatives by coordinating care-related processes, documenting cases, and ensuring that healthcare services align with operational and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Communicate with stakeholders.
- Gather and organize medical information.
- Assist with the integration of healthcare requirements into Ensono’s solutions.
- Participate in training programs.
- Support incident or emergency response workflows.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance patient and client outcomes.

Qualifications
- Healthcare-related skills such as Healthcare and Medicine, with an understanding of clinical workflows or healthcare operations.
- Emergency response skills such as EMT and Training, with the ability to follow established protocols and support incident management.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ideally experience in technology-enabled healthcare environments, health IT, or managed services supporting healthcare clients.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
- A relevant diploma or degree in healthcare, nursing, emergency medical services, public health, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications in healthcare or EMT are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate in a team-oriented environment, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving healthcare and technology landscape.
