Associate Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support and grow existing client relationships across IT consulting & staffing accounts
• Partner closely with recruiting teams to align on client needs and candidate feedback
• Participate in client meetings, relationship check-ins, and occasional onsite visits
• Assist with business development initiatives including outreach and account expansion
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and high client satisfaction
• Track account performance, gross profit, and weekly metrics to support revenue growth

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong interest in sales, consulting, account management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work within a hybrid schedule in Chicago’s River North office
• Desire to build a long-term career within IT consulting and client services
