About the Role

C.H. Robinson is reimagining its entry-level Account Manager role for high-potential new graduates. This 24-month program offers an accelerated pathway with structured training, cross-functional rotations, and mentorship. The role is customer-facing, leveraging data and innovation to shape supply chain solutions and growth strategies. By the end of the program, you will be confidently managing customer relationships. This is a full-time position starting Spring/Summer 2027.

Work Environment

• On-site collaboration four days a week.
• Flexibility to work remotely one day a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop broad supply chain expertise through training, mentorship, and problem-solving.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their business and solving supply chain challenges.
• Own shipment execution end-to-end, from planning through delivery, using digital and AI-enabled insights.
• Leverage data analytics and technology to identify trends, uncover root causes, and drive improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
• Participate in customer business reviews and planning sessions, gradually taking ownership of identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams, rotating through key functional areas.
• Embrace an ownership mindset to improve processes, remove operational friction, and implement best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, with graduation expected by Summer 2027.
• Experience using a customer perspective to guide decisions and actions.

Compensation

• Base pay range: $24.28 - $54.99 per hour.
• Compensation details reflect base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
