About the Role
Design and develop AI applications using Generative AI and LLM technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, tool usage, and workflow orchestration.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Create and maintain AI evaluation frameworks to measure model quality, accuracy, hallucination rates, relevance, and business KPIs.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM performance.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Build scalable backend services and AI workflows using Python.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and solution architects to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI applications in production environments.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture.
- Understanding of performance engineering.

- Ability to design and code complex programs.
- Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on specifications.
- Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate.
