Business Development Team Skill Set

• Passion for driving business.
• Soliciting tie-ups with Educational Institutions.
• Fluent in English Communication with a flair for marketing and travelling.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• New client acquisition.
• Understanding client training requirements and suggesting appropriate training solutions.
• Client Servicing.
• Coordinating with Ops teams & clients for training execution.
• Feedback management.
• Revenue generation.
• Consistently meeting quarterly and half-yearly targets.
• New business development.
• Strong understanding of products & services, competition, and positioning.
• Note: Candidate must own a personal laptop and Two/Four Wheeler.

Operations Team Skillset

• Executing Training Programs with Educational Institutions.
• Managing trainer workload and streamlining training operations.
• Effective communication with colleges, trainers, and management.
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Coordinating internal and freelance trainers for flawless training program execution.
• Ensuring training programs are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive training program documentations.
• Hiring Full Time Trainers.
• Hiring Freelance Trainers.

Salary

• Freshers:
• Salary During Internship (up to 6 months): Rs.15,000 to Rs.20,000 per month.
• After Internship: Rs.3,00,000 to Rs.4,00,000 per annum CTC.
• Experienced:
• Fixed: Up to 3 to 6 Lakhs per annum based on Skillset.
