About the Role

The Process Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in PU sole manufacturing. This full-time, on-site role is based in ranipet.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes.
• Oversee process parameters.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Track production metrics.
• Analyze deviations.
• Implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Document process changes.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational goals.

• Strong process-focused capabilities, including Process Control and Operations Management skills.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills.
• Clear and professional Communication skills.
• Experience with Quality Control practices.
• Ability to work on-site in ranipet.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to respond promptly to operational challenges.
