What You'll Work On

• Design intuitive, visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create expressive 3D character animations, interactive scenes, transitions, and micro-interactions.
• Integrate animated 3D elements into React.js and React Native applications.
• Experiment with character rendering, gestures, lighting, materials, and interactive environments.
• Build polished, responsive interfaces with smooth animations and consistent design systems.
• Turn creative concepts and prototypes into functional product experiences.
• Optimize 3D assets, animations, and rendering performance across devices.
• Collaborate with the team using Git and GitHub.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, visual design, user flows, and interaction design.
• Experience with React.js and/or React Native.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and responsive, component-based UI development.
• Hands-on experience with 3D animation or interactive 3D experiences.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
• A portfolio demonstrating creativity, design ability, and practical implementation.

Technologies of Interest (Experience with one or more is valuable):

• Three.js and React Three Fiber (R3F)
• Spline for interactive 3D scenes
• React Three Drei
• Blender for 3D modelling and animation
• Rive or Lottie for character animation and UI motion
• React Native 3D integrations

Note: You don't need to know every tool. We value the ability to experiment, learn quickly, and turn ideas into working product experiences.
