About the Role
A retail chain with approximately forty stores in the south is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to bring structure to their in-store promotions, festive campaigns, and local activations. This role offers hands-on retail exposure and the opportunity to learn retail marketing planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with store managers on visual-merchandising rollouts.
- Brief a small design vendor on festive creative.
- Track promotion effectiveness on footfall.
- Sit close to the marketing head, learn retail marketing planning and payment processes.
- Contribute to launch decisions for the next quarter.
