About the Role
- A three-year apprenticeship program.
- Practical training at the company in Eutin.
- Block schooling at the Walter Gropius School in Erfurt.
- Inter-company training at the Erfurt Educational Center, including accommodation at a dormitory (costs covered).
Key Responsibilities
- Learning to operate, monitor, maintain, and service the asphalt mixing plant.
- Participating in the production of asphalt types.
- Gradually taking on more responsibility.
Requirements
- A school leaving certificate, ideally Mittlere Reife or Abitur.
- At least satisfactory grades in science subjects.
- Interest in technology, machinery, and manual work.
- Motivation to join the team at the plant.
