About the Role

This is an on-site volunteer role based in the Greater Indore Area. The volunteer will support community activities by helping curate and share updates on medical coding guidelines, certification information, and regional job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with educational content preparation.
• Coordinating local meetups or training sessions.
• Responding to queries from community members.
• Basic administrative support.
• Maintaining records of participants.
• Helping manage communication channels to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of healthcare or medical terminology, with an interest in medical coding standards (e.g., ICD, CPT, HCPCS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfort with using computers, online platforms, and social media.
• Enthusiasm for learning, willingness to take initiative, and ability to collaborate.
• Prior exposure to medical coding education or certification pathways is beneficial but not required.
