Retail Salesperson

About the Role

This on-site internship role is based in Jaipur and focuses on supporting retail sales activities within the store. The Retail Salesperson intern will assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide courteous service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection.
• Answer customer questions.
• Provide courteous service.
• Maintain product displays.
• Ensure stock availability on shelves.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Process sales transactions.
• Handle basic customer inquiries or concerns.
• Support promotional or seasonal sales initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Retail Sales and Sales skills to support store targets and assist with closing customer purchases.
• Product Knowledge skills to explain features, benefits, and usage of items accurately to customers.
• Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Customer Service skills to provide helpful, respectful, and timely support to all visitors.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, including weekends or peak hours, as required.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory; open to students or early-career professionals.
