About the Role
CertED Technologies is seeking a Cyber Security Trainer for a full-time, on-site role in Navsari. The trainer will design and deliver comprehensive training programs to corporate and institutional learners on core cybersecurity concepts, best practices, and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs covering core cybersecurity concepts, best practices, and tools.
- Prepare training materials, lab exercises, presentations, and assessments aligned with current industry standards.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs.
- Mentor participants and support them in building practical skills and certifications.
- Update course content to reflect emerging threats and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor programs for client needs.
- Provide feedback on learner performance and progress.
- Contribute to curriculum development.
- Participate in corporate engagements.
- Represent CertED Technologies in professional events or seminars.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security.
- Understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance principles.
- Expertise in Network Security and Application Security.
- Experience in securing infrastructure, applications, and web services.
- Knowledge of Malware Analysis, threat detection, and incident response techniques.
- Familiarity with common security tools and platforms (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, vulnerability scanners).
- Knowledge of current cyber threat landscapes.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering technical training.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and in a structured manner.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Classroom management abilities.
- A learner-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, OSCP) are an advantage.
- Comfortable working on-site in Navsari.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to keep training content up-to-date with evolving industry practices.
