About the Role
HR RECRUITER & SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE (TEAM LEADER) FOR JAIPUR LOCATION
Key Responsibilities
- End to end recruitment for IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, and referrals
- Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement
- Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing them pertinent information on the job requirement, hiring managers, team environment, and client company background
- Coordination with the candidates and clients
- Understanding manpower requirements
- Posting jobs
- Sourcing
- Training & Development
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
- Completing timely reports on employment

- Using different portals to source and screen candidates
