Sales caller

About the Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Caller at BrandShala. The Sales Caller will engage prospective clients via phone and online calls, introduce BrandShala’s services, understand their business needs, and clearly communicate how the team can support their growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls
• Handling inbound inquiries
• Qualifying leads
• Scheduling discovery calls or demos
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools or spreadsheets
• Following up with warm leads
• Coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings and pricing
• Supporting the closing of project-based or monthly contracts
• Meeting call and conversion targets
• Providing a professional, consultative experience to every potential client

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport quickly over calls.
• Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer outreach, preferably in digital services, marketing, or creative industries.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, creative services (video editing, graphic design), or web development to explain offerings confidently.
• Proficiency with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking leads, follow-ups, and call outcomes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage daily call targets, and stay organized with multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Goal-oriented mindset with resilience, persistence, and comfort with high-volume calling.
• High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and a client-focused, consultative approach to selling.
• Prior experience in B2B sales or working with founders, creators, or agencies is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
