Naturopathy Doctor (BNYS), Teleconsultation

About the Role

Yogic Verse is seeking a Naturopathy Doctor (BNYS) to conduct teleconsultations, understand patients’ health concerns, and guide them towards suitable wellness programmes. The ideal candidate must speak Kannada fluently and possess strong communication, counselling, and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations via phone and video calls.
• Understand patients’ medical history, health concerns, and wellness goals.
• Provide personalized guidance on naturopathy, diet, and lifestyle within the scope of practice.
• Clearly explain suitable wellness programmes, treatment approaches, and expected benefits.
• Address patient questions and concerns, build trust, and assist them in making informed booking decisions.
• Follow up with interested patients.
• Coordinate with sales and wellness teams.
• Maintain accurate consultation notes and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Identify cases requiring further evaluation or referral.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• BNYS degree from a recognized institution.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Hindi is an added advantage.
• Strong counselling and convincing skills, with the ability to explain programmes and address patient concerns confidently.
• Good understanding of naturopathy, nutrition, and lifestyle management.
• Comfortable conducting teleconsultations and using basic computer tools.
• Willingness to work full-time from our office in Baner, Pune.
• Freshers are welcome.
