About the Role

Rent An Attire is seeking a fashion-forward, customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Fashion Consultant in Balewadi, Pune. This role involves styling people in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Styling & Consultation: Understand customer preferences, occasions, and requirements to recommend suitable outfits and complete looks.
• Sales & Customer Experience: Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, convert enquiries into bookings, and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive outfit displays, organize the store, and ensure merchandise is presented effectively.
• Order Management: Track bookings, trials, pickups, and returns, ensuring outfits are ready for scheduled customer pickups.
• Outfit Readiness & Quality Checks: Coordinate outfit preparation, fitting, alterations, and finishing to meet quality standards before dispatch or pickup.
• Basic Stitching & Alterations: Understand basic stitching and garment alterations for minor fitting requirements and coordinate necessary changes.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of outfit availability, movement, and status.
• Customer Follow-ups: Coordinate with customers regarding trials, fittings, bookings, and pickup schedules.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An eye for fashion, colour coordination, silhouettes, and styling.
• Basic knowledge of stitching, garment fitting, and alterations.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-first approach and willingness to work towards sales targets.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a retail environment.
• Prior experience in fashion retail, styling, or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
