About the Role

This role involves planning and supervising welding activities for aerospace & defense components and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise welding activities for aerospace & defense components and assemblies.
• Develop and implement welding procedures (WPS/PQR).
• Monitor welding quality, NDT, and process compliance.
• Resolve welding-related technical issues and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Freshers B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Welding Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in GTAW/TIG, Auto-TIG, GMAW/MIG, and other welding processes.
• Knowledge of aerospace materials, welding metallurgy, and relevant standards.
• Understanding of welding drawings, specifications, and NDT methods.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or heavy engineering welding preferred.
