Market Research and Operations Executive (Intern)

About the Role

• This is an internship position at Fixfin Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• Duration: 3 to 6 Months.
• Location: Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
• Preference for candidates from Siliguri, North Bengal.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating leads from Cold Calling.
• Collecting references from enquiries.
• Assisting managers of different departments and completing assigned tasks.
• Communicating with clients, candidates, and vendors for closing deals.
• Bidding on marketing projects and acquiring projects.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining files and documents.

Qualifications

• MBA/ BBA
• M.Com/ B.Com
• BA (English)

Skills and Abilities

• Good communication in English.

Interview Process

• 1st Round: Written Test (logical, reasoning, and English).
• 2nd Round: Interview Round.
• 3rd Round: HR Round.
• Note: After clearing the written test, candidates will be called for a verbal technical round.
