About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated, full-time Finance Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client budgets, processing invoices, and handling accounts payable and accounts receivable. Strong written communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you'll be expected to provide both finance operations and customer support. We welcome fresh graduates as well as candidates with 1–5 years of experience, preferably in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and client budget management.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt, thorough responses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer accounting issues with professionalism and care.
- Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong customer support, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, or accounting operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable working remotely during the specified shift hours.
