About the Role
As a Business Development Associate at RiseUpp.com, you will gain hands-on experience in business development, communication, negotiation, and customer engagement while working with an ambitious startup. This is a target-driven, communication-focused role where you will learn by interacting with real customers, handling conversations, and taking ownership of your results.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through 100+ outbound calls daily.
- Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of productive talk time per day.
- Understand learners' educational backgrounds, career goals, and programme preferences.
- Guide learners on programmes such as MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, and B.Com.
- Explain university options, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.
- Follow up with interested learners through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Handle queries, build trust, and guide prospective learners towards enrolment.
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Work towards daily activity targets and monthly admission and revenue goals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Final-year students or graduates in BBA, B.Com, or BA.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of work experience.
- Communicate confidently and enjoy interacting with people.
- Comfortable making calls, following up, and working towards targets.
- Eager to learn, take responsibility, and improve through feedback.
- Ability to work full-time from the HSR Layout office in Bengaluru.
- Final-year students must be available for full-time, on-site work.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Fixed Compensation: ₹3.3 LPA
- Variable Compensation: Up to ₹1 LPA
- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹4.3 LPA
- Joining Preference: Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days
