About the Role
- Position: Branch Internship Gold Loan Executive
- Duration: 6 Months (Stipend-based)
- Location: Nearest branch to your home (within a 5km to 10km radius)
- Career Growth: Successfully complete the 6-month internship to get promoted to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE).
Salary & Compensation
- During Internship: Stipend based ₹12,300 To ₹14,000 (6 months)
- Post-Internship Promotion (Full-Time): ₹2.50 LPA to ₹2.92 LPA (Up to ₹3.00 LPA including performance variables and branch bonuses)
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Gold Operations:
- Assist with day-to-day Gold Loan operations.
- Administrative data entry and backend follow-ups.
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer queries.
- Maintain good client relationships.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Support the team in finding new clients.
- Support the team in retaining existing clients.
- Support in running local promotional activities through inhouse Calls.
