Junion Mechanial Engineer

About the Role

Raj Innotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to work full-time on-site at their Rajkot manufacturing facility. This role supports the design, development, and improvement of water and beverage processing equipment and packaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in mechanical design.
• Prepare and update CAD models and drawings.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on new projects and product enhancements.
• Participate in R&D activities.
• Conduct basic performance and reliability tests.
• Help troubleshoot mechanical issues in production equipment.
• Support project documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams.
• Help ensure designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with understanding of core mechanical principles and industrial equipment.
• Skills in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
• Exposure to Project Management practices.
• Interest and aptitude in Research and Development (R&D).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to use standard mechanical tools.
• Ability to follow safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn from senior engineers.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Rajkot based candidates preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.
