Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Early Careers Analyst to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will shape operations, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results within your functional area, combining strategic thinking with tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture active talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
- Leverage data analytics to track time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
- Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Independently drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate seamlessly across remote departments to achieve shared objectives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
- Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.
- Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
