About the Role
The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the Co-Founder and COO, assisting in managing daily operations, project coordination, and ensuring critical tasks are completed. This internship is structured to provide extensive learning about company operations within a three-month period.
Role Details
- Role: Founder's Office Intern
- Reports to: COO and Co-Founder
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Chennai (Monday to Saturday)
- Stipend: Rs. 15,000 per month
- Languages: English, Hindi, and Tamil
Key Responsibilities
- Support the COO:
- Manage the COO's calendar, meetings, and daily priorities.
- Record meeting notes and track action items to completion.
- Prepare briefs, summaries, and presentations for discussions.
- Project Management:
- Develop and maintain a project tracker detailing status, ownership, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with teams across technology, brand, product development, and supply chain.
- Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure project timelines are met.
- Identify and report potential delays to the COO with clear updates.
- Special Projects:
- Conduct research on new ideas.
- Document simple processes.
- Provide support in various operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any academic field.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and reliability.
- Ability to follow up with individuals, including seniors, in a polite manner.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and email.
- Flexibility to work from the Chennai office, Monday to Saturday.
