Growth Internship

About the Role

Anantya Technologies LLC is seeking a Growth Intern to assist in expanding awareness, engagement, and acquisition for the gonexx website. This is a three-month, full-time internship based in Delhi, requiring a five-day work-from-office schedule. The internship may offer a pre-placement offer or an extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support experiments across digital channels to improve audience reach and user acquisition.
• Research customer segments, competitors, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Help plan and execute campaigns, partnerships, outreach, and community initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and prepare clear reports using relevant metrics.
• Work with marketing, content, and product stakeholders to test ideas and improve conversion.

Requirements

• Interest in growth marketing, digital platforms, customer acquisition, and experimentation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, research, and interpreting basic campaign data is helpful.
• Ability to work from the Delhi office five days a week for the three-month internship.

This internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹8,000–₹12,000.
